This policy explains what information IFundEveryone.com collects through its commercial truck funding search, borrower request, funding-provider application, and contact forms; how that information is used; and how to make a privacy request. IFundEveryone is an informational search and introduction service, not a lender. A funding introduction is not a loan application or approval.
Information you provide
If you submit a borrower request, we collect the information on that form, which may include your name, email address, phone number, funding purpose and estimate, operation type, preferred provider, state, truck details, and your consent choice. The form asks you not to submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, account numbers, tax IDs, driver’s licenses, or identity documents.
If you apply as a funding provider, we collect the contact and business details you provide, such as your name, work email, phone, website, organization, funding products, service area, ranges, and eligibility information. If you contact us, we collect the name, email address, phone number if provided, and message submitted through the contact form.
How we use information
- To respond to questions and funding or provider applications.
- To review a funding request and identify a relevant commercial truck funding program.
- To share a borrower request with a funding provider only as described in the consent section below.
- To review provider applications, maintain the directory, and manage approved provider accounts.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its forms.
When a borrower request may be shared
We review the consent selected on each borrower request. If you select a provider and consent to sharing, we may share the information you submitted with that provider so it can respond. If you select “Help me choose,” you consent to sharing the information with up to one participating commercial truck funding provider that we identify as a possible fit. If your selected provider is not participating, we will contact you before sharing your information with another provider.
Providers are independent businesses and handle any later application information under their own privacy practices. IFundEveryone’s provider portal is limited to approved provider accounts and shows only requests assigned to that provider after an administrator has reviewed the consent. We do not give providers general browsing access to all requests.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting, form processing, security, and email services may process information on our behalf to operate the site, store form entries, send administrative notifications, and protect the service. Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress database and may also generate an email notification to the site administrator. We may disclose information when necessary to respond to a valid legal request, protect the site or its users, or comply with law.
Our directory links to funding providers’ websites. When you follow an external link, that provider’s privacy policy and terms apply to your activity there. Review them before sending information or applying.
Cookies and technical information
WordPress and the site’s form and security tools may use necessary cookies or similar technologies to support site operation, secure sign-in, remember settings, process forms, and prevent abuse. Our hosting and security services may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser or device details, and server logs, for operation and security. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking necessary cookies may affect some site functions.
Third-party advertising
If third-party ads, including Google AdSense, are enabled on this website, the advertising providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, personalize, and measure ads based on visits to this or other websites. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, administer the funding directory and provider pilot, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for information we hold, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive financial or identity information through our forms.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Use our Contact IFundEveryone page and tell us which form you used and what you are requesting. We may ask for limited information to locate and verify a request. We may retain records where needed for legal, security, or operational reasons.
